Wherever you are and whatever you find yourself doing know, be! Connect with yourself, with what you are doing, with who you are with, your surrounding, your purpose. Don’t rush into the future, focus on the here and now.
‘Do not worry about tomorrow,’ Jesus reminds us, ‘for tomorrow will have its own worries. Let each day’s problems be sufficient for the day.’ ~Matthew 6:25-34
The moment you are in, will not happen again. Be fully involved in this moment. Open your eyes to see and your ears to hear. Don’t let this moment pass away wanting to leave something for you that you were too busy to take in. Breathe this air.
You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. ~Henry David Thoreau
Being aware of the present is felt by you and all those around you.
It is the quality of the moment, not the number of days, or events, or of actors, that imports. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Are you awake?
Are you fully present?
I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following. ~Mohandas Gandhi
