I live in Puerto Rico where I get to:

• Publish Shift, a weekly newsletter for leaders that want to cultivate a creative and healthy growth mindset, in life and work.
• Work on the pre-production of my new podcast on how to live a fulfilling creative life, maintain healthy practices, create sustainable social change, and navigate the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial lifestyle.
• Manage Casa de Artistas in Puerta de Tierra, Old San Juan: guesthouse, art residency.
• Direct Matadero Contemporary Art art gallery & framing shop in Caparra, San Juan.
• Serve as Co-editor and Operations Manager for Ediciones del Flamboyán, a book publishing company focused on Puerto Rican and Latin-American literature, co-founded with my wife in 2017.
• Complete renovations for Casa Escorial, a new gathering artspace and cultural center for exhibitions, workshops, lectures, screenings, conversations, and other events.
• Enjoy being a full-time dad of two.
• Learn. A student for life.
• Grow an all-star operational team to free up personal space to create educational content for social media, workshops, and printed material.
• Hire a team of coaches to work one-on-one and in groups possibility to bring on new coaches and consultants to ideamark.co.

These are my priorities. I am not available for new projects or long-term consulting.
